fldigi 3.23.05 fails to run on Windows

If you get the following error message when running 3.23.05 on a recent version of Windows (7/8/10)

miniGW runtime assertion
assertion failed
program: C:\Program Files(x86)\Fldigi-3.23.05\fldigi.exe
file src/hostapi/wdmks/pa_win_wdmks.c, Line1053
Expression:False

and version 3.23.04 runs correctly.

Then you should remove 3.23.05

and download/install 3.23.05pa from Source Forge.
